Many of today’s young American consumers value home cooking. Millennials and Gen Z enjoy cooking and have a desire to learn how to cook and improve their cooking skills. With so much food media catered specifically to them, many Millennials and Gen Z see cooking as accessible, fun, and easy – even if they don’t currently cook much. This points to a dramatic democratization of cooking – a skill that used to take years to hone.
