Guilty pleasures: The balance between indulgence and wellness
The summer months bring many opportunities to treat ourselves: backyard cookouts; frozen novelties; celebrations with friends. For many consumers, a healthy diet includes some degree of indulgence, helping ensure that they don’t rebel against an overly strict approach by binging or abandoning an eating approach altogether.

Learn more about how indulgence fits into consumers’ overall approach to physical, emotional and social health in the report, Health & Wellness 2023: The Great Wellness Reset.
